Last Homework of AP-5

Week 1,  9/10
I think that I did a good job describing the way we eat at home, I also believe that the mistake that I committed are normal at this point in the process of English learning, I took a point off because I should have enhanced the comments about ingredients.
Week 2, 10/10
I gave the highest score to this task, because you comment that it was a good post, including a good description of the location and a good justification for using this place to start a business there.
Week 3, 10/10
Once again I gave the highest score to this week post, because it was well structured, and also the description of how the middle term presentation would be developed in class was really close to the presentation itself.
Week 4, 8/10
I took of two points in this week task, because there were more corrections than it should be at this level of the English program, I supposed that I should practice more to develop the my English written skills.
Week 5, 9/10
I think that I did it well describing the topic, probably it would have been better to extend the explanation of how the debate will be organized, and that’s the reason why I took off one point. (Did you notice how I use the grammar structure that you taught me in class? if you didn’t, it is underlined).

Part of the abstract of one of my research proyects, is it well written?

The aim of this study was to establish the incidence of type I and type II clinical and subclinical ketosis in a Jersey herd in Oreamuno, Cartago using a pasture based system; and set up its relationship with milk production and body condition score in the close up period. To establish the incidence of type I ketosis, the β-hidroxibutiric acid (BHBA) was measured in blood of 114 cows, 99 (86,8%), 11 (9,6%) and 4 (3,5%) were categorized as healthy, type I subclinical ketosis and type I clinical ketosis respectively. The type II ketosis was established by measuring the BHBA concentration in blood of 117 cows, 112 (95.7%) were classified as healthy and 5 (4.3%) were classified as suffering type II subclinical ketosis; none of the cows were diagnosed as positive on type II clinical ketosis.

Corrected Story

My first flight was very funny, I had never traveled by plane, it was three years ago, one week before the departure day we got some Euros at the bank, because our  journey was to Europe, my father gave me some safety advices, he said: “take care of your sisters”, “don’t let the thief theft you”, and “take care of your luggage because sometimes bad people put illegal things in your backpacks for you to take it”.

I went to the airport with two of my sisters, the first thing we did was getting a travel  insurance, we use a credit card to pay for it. Our travel was not a business trip, it was just for fun, none of us had suitcase, just backpacks as luggage, I was in charge of all the family passports.

Our first destination was London where another sister was waiting for us, the second destination of our trip was Belgium where a friend was waiting for us, we took some export coffee as a gift to my friend, and she took us to sightseeing in all the museums of Brussels, after that we visited to a couple of countries where we walked a lot.

It was a long way from Costa Rica to London, we last 9 hours to arrive; I can’t imagine how many days we would spent if we had were traveled in a cruise ship.
