BIG HOTEL IN GUANACASTE

The business I am thinking of is a tourist resort; the location would have to have beautiful views, lot of palms, nice weather, and nice waves to practice surf.  Carrillo is a beautiful beach located next to Samara beach in Guanacaste, it’s an excellent location to develop a tourist resort because this beach accomplish all the requirements mentioned above, has excellent access by roads and also has an airport.

The people of that location have always work in hotels, so it would be easy to have accsess to workers of that area, the land is cheap, and the banks are willing to allow loans to investments.

AP-5 1st Blog: What and how we normally eat

In our family we formally eat three times per day (breakfast, lunch, supper). We frequently breakfast bread (spread with cheese cream, pate or strawberry jelly), mixed eggs, and coffee or orange juice. The most common food in lunch would probably be: rice, beans, one source of animal protein (beef, pork, chicken or fish), and salad made of lettuce. For the dinner we eat toasted bread (made of remain untouched bread of the breakfast) and “Gallo Pinto” that is a typical dish in Costa Rica made of mixed buttered rice and beans.
We always sit around the table and talk about what we have to do, or what we did, one aspect that probably is different between the way we eat at home, and the way that most families eat in Costa Rica, is that we put the whole pot of food on the table, and everyone take whatever they want, and I believe that is more common in our country that every person take their meals from the kitchen and go to the table with a single portion of food. I think it´s bad for our shape because we probably eat more than our energy balance needs, but it´s the way it is and we enjoy it.

What will my life be like 10 years into the future?

I think that in 10 years, I’ll be a Ph.D in animal science and I’ll be working as a researcher in some university, probably I’ll have a huge family (2 sons and 2 daughters), well is not that huge, but definitely is big enough to my income as a researcher . I hope that in 10 years, I’ll have my own house and my own farm.

Probably I’ll be bald, because there are some signs, and my tummy will be bigger, because I stop practicing sports.

I just hope that my family stays as close to me as always has been, and that my sons and daughters grows up very healthy,  I also hope that my wife love me as she does nowadays.
